Postnatal Yoga – Is made up of gentle restorative exercises to get the body moving and stretching in a group setting with other new mothers. Recommended starting frame is between 6 and 8 weeks postpartum depending on how you feel and style of delivery. Depending on the location and desire of the group, babies can definitely come along and sleep, nurse, and lay on a blanket next to you :). Duration: 60min.
Traditional Hatha Yoga – I teach in the tradition of Swami Sivananda, which is a lovely style for newcomers to yoga, especially if you are just starting on your health and fitness journey or are just returning to a regular exercise routine. Duration: 90min
Power Yoga & Strength Training – The next step in this progression is focusing more on body weight training with longer holds in poses, as well was the use of weighs, kettlebells and the Bulgarian Bag depending on what you would like to purchase and incorporate into the routine. Duration: 60min
Outdoor social walks/ rollerblading at Mount Richie Park, Botanic Garden, and on East Coast Beach. Duration varies.
Guided Relaxation Time-Outs – These are lunch time “rests” that last 30-45mins and may feature Yoga Nidra, guided meditations, hypnosis for stress relief, among other methods for deep relaxation.
1:1 Coaching – Coaching is an amazing opportunity to work through where you are stuck and lay the foundation for the person you need to become to live the life you desire.
Specifically I work with confidence building, setting boundaries, getting clarity on what it is that you really want and to help you find your own answers and direction.
Coaching is a question based form of self-discovery toward a new future. It is different from therapy, in that we do not deal with past issues and traumas (which is outside of a coach’s scope of practice), but look for the habits and solutions that will take you to where you want to go.
My current coaching package runs 3 months and include one weekly phone call and support via WhatsApp and email. To set up an appointment for an introductory call, please choose a convenient date from the scheduler <3

1. All of my courses and coachings are currently complimentary with the request for testimonials upon completion.
2. If you would like to book a course, there is a minimum participant requirement of 6 women to run your class.
3. Your group is responsible for any rental fees and they must be directly paid to the venue (I can provide a list of suitable locations if a common room is not available at your condo).
